I did, however, want to take exception to your assumption that viewers new to the "Terminator" universe, such as myself, would be "dropped in a hole." I have not seen any of the three Terminator films, and yet thoroughly enjoyed the pilot episode and never once felt in over my head. I realized there was a lot of backstory, and probably many nuances that I could not appreciate; but I thought the script did a fantastic job of giving us the essentials so that we could follow along. Kudos to the creative team for such deft writing, gripping action, and compelling characters. Now I *do* want to go back and see the Terminator films, movies I never had any interest in previously! Most of the podcasts on our network have always had trouble with searching, popularity, though the comments section is outstanding for all of them. Keep up the podcasting effort!
